RTA's Annual Users' Conference is next week, March 18-23.

Our office will be open, although with limited hours and staff availability.

We will be open from 6:00am to 4:00pm Arizona time.

Since the majority of our technical support staff will be teaching classes in San Diego, wait times may be longer than normal.  We strongly suggest that you do not plan any major changes to your RTA system such as installing updates, server moves, or database migrations.

Normal office hours of 5:00am to 5:00pm will resume on Monday, March 25.

If you are lucky enough to be attending the Users's Conference, I look forward to seeing you all next week in San Diego!
