MOTOR POOL
Our Motor Pool module keeps track of your vehicle maintenance and fleet equipment.  Custom billing rates, reservations, invoices, checkin and checkout are a few of the features of this package.   Even if you don't bill for your equipment usage, motor pool will let you know where your vehicles are and who has them.

IQ REPORT WRITER
The Report Writer option allows you to create your own custom printed reports, generate charts, and produce graphs. Information can easily be transferred to other program. Flexible format.

MULTI-USER SYSTEM
This option allows you to use RTA in more than one location. You can have as many computer terminal work stations as you need, spreading the work to extra work areas. Eliminates bottlenecks!

BARCODING READERS 
RTA can provide you with all the hardware you need to implement a complete barcoding system. Using the handheld tricoder, you can scan your parts and upload your inventory data directly in the RTA Fleet Management program. What a time saver!

REPORT RUNNER  
This option will process and print a selected series of reports without any intervention at any given time. You can create a "Batch Report" containing one to 100 reports, specify the answers to the report prompts, and let your reports print out overnight. The Report Runner will do the rest. At the selected date and time, each of the reports will process and print automatically without anyone having to be at the computer.

BARCODE-IT UTILITY 
This option allows you to print bar coded tags for a variety of items within the RTA software. No more creating fictitious facilities or parts in order to create bar code tags for vehicles. With BarCodeIT, you can create bar codes for part bins, equipment, employees, work orders, purchase orders, tires, tools, vehicles, and motor pool vehicles. These labels can be printed to just about any type of printer¾dot matrix, laser, inkjet, and thermal bar code printers.

RTA also provides barcode label printers.  We currently stock Citizen printers.

IMAGE VIEWER 
This option incorporates a 3rd party image viewer program into the RTA software. This gives the ability to attach any text or image file to numerous records, such as an MSDS sheet for a given part.

PAPERLESS SHOP
Paperless Shop gives you the power to track work as it is being done. Paperless Shop acts as a time clock and work order, thus eliminating the need for paper in the shop. Tracks start/end time, lunch time, breaks. User definable catagories. Paperless Shop is a great tool for tracking productivity and shop floor execution and control.

MESSENGER  
The Messaging program is an email program to utilize within the RTA Fleet Management software. It allows employees who can access the RTA system to send messages to each other. Messages are created and received within the RTA Software and users are notified if new messages exist. Here are many of the uses you can implement in your shop:

• Notify mechanics that requested parts have arrived.
• Notify parts personnel that a part needs to be ordered.
• Notify mechanics that they are needed for a higher priority job than they are currently working on.
• Notify customers and drivers that a vehicle is ready to be picked up.
• Notify mechanics that a vehicle has arrived.
• Notify all users to exit the software prior to installing an update or running end of period reports.

• Notification of new messages when at the RTA main menu, when mechanics log in to paperless shop, and when drivers log in to the driver’s report module.
• Messenger screen includes buttons to compose, read, reply to, forward, delete, and refresh/get-mail.
• Mailboxes include Inbox, Sent, and Trash.
• Sending mail features include “send-to” list; text options such as font, style, size, and color controls, and the ability to lock messages from being deleted until a specified date.

ELECTRONIC FUEL INTERFACE
Electronic Fuel Interface (EFI) allows transfer of information from your Automated Fueling System (Gasboy, Petrovend, etc.) into the RTA software program. No need to re-key information. Eliminates mileage recording errors, speeds recording time.

• Tool master records with original purchase information and much more.
• Track usage and status with "check-out" and "check-in" to mechanics.
• Hot-keys to allow check-out/check-in anywhere in the RTA software.
• Tool list report showing available or checked out tools.
• Tool inventory report showing "checked out time" and total tool cost.
• Mechanic report to show which tools a range of mechanics currently has.
