Hosted (SaaS) Solutions
RTA can help remove system software installation issues, potential glitches and the threat of security breaches with our acclaimed, reliable, and fast Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription.
RTA SaaS subscription is offered by the vehicle or by the user and has five-tier offerings so you can choose the solution that works best for you. Take a deeper look at the different offerings and see which will help you function at your very best.
With RTA’s SaaS, you can also benefit from free upgrades to SQL, access to the mobile app and basic training videos. Advanced training options, on-site consultations, and live webinars are also available through the upgraded Gold and/or Platinum packages.
RTA SaaS subscription includes the following conveniences to ensure you can utilize the solution with ease:
You don’t need to install anything. RTA installs your RTA Software on servers running in the cloud. All you’ll need to do is login.
Software is accessible from any internet-connected computer running Windows or Apple. Your system is run on the cloud, making it less susceptible to computer or security problems.
RTA becomes your IT department, offering unparalleled, streamlined support. Hosting services pay for themselves by eliminating the need for your own system maintenance, backup, security, and support.
RTA hosting provides the best possible protection of your software investment. RTA’s software is state-of-the-art for fleet management, and the best way to maximize its benefits is to let the team that built it manage it for you.
Local Software Solutions
RTA software installs easily on local area networks and SQL based server systems. Natively, RTA’s software solution is a two-tier architecture using a “thick-client” for the application — but using a “thin-client” rollout solution, you can make the RTA system emulate a three-tier environment, as well.
RTA’s software is compatible with most common networking technologies and works with client systems such as Terminal Services or Citrix.
[RTA] can host the software to where I don’t have to worry about slow servers or working with an ITS department that is overloaded and doesn’t understand the software.
