        • Our mechanics love the note features. Several of them are very good at leaving very detailed notes on the work orders. If they’re gone one day and we need to look and see where they’re at on a work order, we can look through the line notes and say, ‘Oh he’s troubleshooting this and he’s ordered parts, OK we can go back, check with the parts order, find out if that part’s come in and where we’re at in the process.
