I don’t know how we’d operate without Paperless Shop today. We’ve become so accustomed to it, we don’t rely on paper forms at all. Most of the communication between our garage manager and our mechanic staff is through RTA.

One of the great things the Paperless Inspection does is electronically take the defects that the mechanic finds while he’s performing his inspection and, at the click of a button, adds those defects directly to the Work Order. That now enables a Paperless Shop user to have all those defects available in the job pool, which is a big step for us migrating from a paper shop to a paperless shop.
