Now Available in RTA Web: Vehicle Status Screens, Custom WO Starts & More

This month we released new features into RTA Web that will make your lives easier, including these key items:

Check Asset Availability Through the Vehicle Status Screen

Under our new Vehicle Status Screen, you can see each asset’s availability, and check the status of those that are unavailable.  You can even set parameters and enable the “Gallery” mode to auto-cycle through the vehicles on a shop screen or waiting room, so they are visible to your staff and customers.

Customize Your Work Order Statuses

You now have more options when updating your Work Order statuses. Previously, your status options were limited to “Open” or “Closed.” With our new enhancements, you can customize WO statuses based on your shop’s system, and even color-code them for convenience.

Share Parts Quantities Between Facilities

We understand that if you have multiple facilities, you need access to parts quantities at each location. With our latest release, you can now Copy or Transfer parts between facilities to keep your inventories accurate.

Automate Your Fixed Cost Process

Our new End of Period tool lets you automate your fixed cost process each month, on a particular day or date. This makes it easier for you to get these crucial reports.

Set Search Presets

In the web solution, each Primary screen is fully configurable as to which data is displayed and how it’s organized. We just made it even more useful! You can now set Presets for each variation of these Primary Screens, allowing you to build your own custom lists and reports. These presets can also be saved as either a default, or a Company-Wide preset, pushed out to all other users.

You Can Use RTA Web – Now!

Did you know RTA Web is up and running and ready for you to use – now? You don’t even need to call Sales or Support and go through onboarding. ALL OF YOUR DATA IS ALREADY IN IT!! To access it, you just need to log-in. Seriously! There’s no lengthy process to get started – just login and your data is there, ready for you to use!
