We’re racing towards the “Formula for Fleet Success” at RTA Connect 2023, Oct. 3-5, in Las Vegas.

Employee Spotlight: Jazmin Santillan

This month, we want to welcome Jazmin back to our customer service team! Jazmin loves living in Canada (along with her dog Moose) and is thrilled to be back helping RTA clients.

“I am happy to be back,” Jazmin said. “The people at RTA are some of the best and nicest I’ve ever worked with and that goes for our team, as well as our customers.”

The RTA team is also excited about her return.

RTA Web Feature: New Resource Center

We all need directions at times – whether we are in our car or navigating a new software system, like RTA’s web solution. While you have a GPS system to navigate your car, you now have the RTA Resource Center to guide you through the web solution.

This new tool is in the top-right corner of the RTA web app, designated by the “?” box.

There are 4 primary tools of the Recourse Center:

• Guided Tours
• RTA Knowledge Base
• Tutorials
• RTA Fleet AI Assistant

Guided Tours allow you to select a practice, such as creating a work order, and follow through a step-by-step tour through the application which will show you where on the screen different sections of data need to be added.

The RTA Knowledge Base links you to our online manual. Read about best practices and watch a few videos on system best practices.

Tutorials are the Basic and Advanced training videos RTA has produced. Track the employee onboarding progress (it will increase your understanding of RTA).

The RTA Fleet AI Assistant is the best of all 3 links above. Type in your question and have RTA’s AI Assistant configure the answer from our Knowledge base, guided tours or tutorial videos.
