RTA Welcomes New Director of Customer Success
With a focus on helping fleets succeed, RTA made a key addition to its leadership team recently by hiring Gina Baker to fill the newly created Director of Customer Success role.
“I joined RTA because of everything I heard about the amazing culture — teamwork, a commitment to customer success, and opportunity. These things are not just words on a page, they are how the company operates,” Gina said. “I’m glad I chose RTA!”
In addition to overseeing the Customer Success team, Gina also manages the Training and Implementation teams. These are roles she’s flourished in at past jobs.
Before joining RTA, Gina was the Director of Customer Success for an organization that did online training for the transportation industry. She worked with customers from their initial onboarding through their renewal process.
This experience made her a great fit for RTA.
“As we interviewed Gina, we knew right away she would bring the empathy and voice of the customer to our executive team and develop the processes that would truly help fleets succeed after buying our software,” RTA CEO Josh Turley said. “Her can-do attitude and expertise are huge additions to our company, and I totally trust that our customers will enjoy working with her in the future! I’m so grateful she came to RTA!”
